SPARTUS® EasyARC 315P is a welding machine that uses advanced inverter technology with IGBT transistors. It is ideal for a variety of welding applications, both MMA and TIG Lift. It is powered by a 400V three-phase network.
HIGH EFFICIENCY
Thanks to the current regulation up to 300A, the EasyARC 315P ensures high work efficiency. The device allows welding with electrodes up to 6 mm in diameter and materials with a maximum thickness of 8 mm.
MMA PULSE WELDING
SPARTUS® EasyARC 315P in MMA Pulse mode guarantees more precise control over the welding process. The welder can set parameters such as pulse frequency and base current, which allows for precise adjustment of the device to specific conditions and materials. Pulsed welding helps to reduce thermal deformation, which is especially important when welding delicate materials or in places where minimizing deformation is key. The pulse function reduces the risk of excessive metal spatter (splashing), which allows us to obtain welds of high purity and much better quality.
INNOVATIVE "SYN" FUNCTION
SPARTUS® EasyARC 315P has an innovative "SYN" function, thanks to which after entering the material thickness, the device automatically adjusts the amperage and suggests the appropriate electrode diameter. This function significantly simplifies and speeds up the preparation process.
ADDITIONAL SUPPORTING FUNCTIONS
EasyARC 315P is equipped with auxiliary functions such as Arc Force, Hot Start and VRD, which increase user comfort and work efficiency, ensuring arc stability and easy welding initiation.
Modern solutions included in SPARTUS® EasyARC 315P make it an indispensable tool for people looking for reliability and high-quality welding in a variety of working conditions. It is an ideal solution for workshops, production and renovation work, where precision and power are required.

TECHNOLOGY IGBT
Modern technology based on insulated gate bipolar transistors. It combines the ease of control of field effect transistors with the high breakdown voltage and switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology significantly extends the reliable operation of welding devices.
DUTY CYCLE
The duty cycle is based on a 10-minute period. A duty cycle of 30% means that after 3 minutes of operation, a 7-minute break is required. A duty cycle of 100% means that the device can work continuously, without interruption.
PROTECTION DEGREE
IP specifies the degree to which the device iss resistant to the ingress of solid and water contaminants. IP21S means that the device is designed for use in closed rooms and is not suitable for use in rain or snow.
OVERHEATING PROTECTION
The power source is equipped with a thermal, automatic overload switch. When the temperature of the welding machine is too high, the protection will disconnect the welding current and the overheating diode will light up. After the temperature drops, the switch will automatically reset.
EASY TO USE, CLEAR CONTROL PANEL:
Easy to use control panel allows precise and smooth adjustment of parameters. The digital display indicates the actual current during welding.
ANTI STICK FUNCTION
Short-circuit protection that reduces the welding current in the event of the electrode sticking to the welded material. This makes it easier to peel off and protects the device from damage.
ARC FORCE FUNCTION
Welding arc dynamics adjustment. Shortening the arc length is accompanied by an increase in the welding current, which stabilizes the arc.
VRD FUNCTION
The correct voltage value is restored only just before the arc is struck. This minimizes the risk of electric shock, but in some cases may make it difficult to strike the arc.
PULSE WELDING
This involves the welding current changing abruptly between two different current values (peak current and base current) at a specific frequency.
The welding machine allows you to adjust the peak current, base current, pulse frequency, and balance (the ratio of the peak current duration to the base current).
WELDING TIG LIFT METHOD
The device allows for TIG welding (argon shielded), after connecting an additional TIG welding torch with a gas valve in the handle to the inverter welder. The arc is ignited by friction between the electrode and the welded material.
STRONG AND SOLID CONSTRUCTION
The device housing is made of lightweight and durable composites, resistant to all types of mechanical damage.
EASY TRANSPORT
The welder is equipped with a transport handle that ensures convenience when changing workplaces.
COOLING
The device has a fan cooling system, which significantly increases its efficiency.
