SPARTUS® EasyMIG 207DP is a semi-automatic welder based on IGBT technology. Enables: synergic double-pulsed MIG/MAG welding, synergic pulsed MIG/MAG welding, synergic MIG/MAG welding, TIG Lift welding and MMA coated electrode welding. The maximum welding current for all methods is 200A. The device is powered from a single-phase 230V mains.
EasyMIG 207DP is equipped with a two-roll feeder that allows you to work with wire in the range of 0.6 - 1.2mm. Thanks to the synergic programs, the device is extremely easy to use. It is enough to declare the type of material to be welded, wire diameter and gas, and the welder will automatically adjust the parameters. In addition, the user can manually correct the settings.
The main advantage of the device is the pulse welding function (single or double pulse) . The use of double pulsation in the MIG/MAG method allows to obtain a weld of quality and aesthetics comparable to the TIG method. Adjusting the frequency and amplitude of the pulse allows you to adjust the welding process to various needs.
The welding machine is equipped with a modern LCD display, enabling easy and quick setting of welding parameters and management of device functions.
Thanks to its light weight and dimensions, the EasyMIG 207DP is a handy welding device. Ease of use and advanced welding functions make the EasyMIG 207DP an ideal tool for both industrial plants and workshops.
IGBT TECHNOLOGY
Modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an insulated gate. It combines the ease of controlling field-effect transistors with the high breakdown voltage and speed of switching bipolar transistors. The use of the technology IGBT significantly extends the reliable operation of welding equipment.
PROTECTION LEVEL
IP determines the extent to which the device is resistant to solid and water contamination. IP21S means that the device is adapted to work indoors and is not suitable for use in rain and snow.
OVERHEAT PROTECTION
The IGBT module is protected against overheating by a protective installation that turns off the welding circuit of the device. After a few minutes, the welder cools down to a temperature allowing it to be automatically switched on again.
WORK CYCLE
The duty cycle is based on a 10-minute period. Duty cycle 60% means that after 6 minutes of operation of the device, a 4-minute break is required. 100% duty cycle means that the device can work continuously without interruptions.
MMA
A method that uses a covered electrode consisting of a metal core covered with a sheath. The device enables welding with all types of electrodes, e.g. basic, cellulose, rutile or acidic.
HOT START FUNCTION
HOT START is popularly called a hot start. It works when the arc is struck, causing a temporary increase in the welding current above the value set by the welder. HOT START is designed to prevent the electrode from sticking to the material and is a great help when striking the arc.
CHANGE POLARITY - WELDING WITHOUT GAS
Thanks to the variable polarity, it is possible to weld using the FLUX method with flux-cored wire without shielding gas. The wire is filled with a flux that produces protective gases during welding.
SYNERGY
MIG/MAG welding with synergic settings. The device selects welding parameters depending on the type and thickness of the material. These parameters can be changed by the user in order to adjust the settings to their own needs.
2 ROLL WIRE FEEDER
Professional wire feeder made of die-cast aluminum, has a strong motor that allows stable wire feeding without jamming. It is equipped with 2 drive rollers.
MIG PULSE
Advanced form of welding, which uses the best forms of transfer of molten electrode material to the welded object. Unlike short circuits, pulse welding does not produce spatter or cold run-in.
By cooling down the spray arc process, pulsed MIG is able to extend the welding range, and the lower heat input does not cause a problem with thin materials. MIG PULSE is one of the best welding processes for a wide range of applications and metal types.
MIG DUAL PULSE
MIG/MAG method with double pulse allows you to adjust the current pulsation (pulse balance) and adjust the speed wire feeding. Thanks to this, we improve the appearance of the weld. When welding with the MIG/MAG double pulse method, the current pulses occur in two ranges.
INDUCTION ADJUSTMENT
Enables optimization of the arc characteristics depending on the thickness of the welded element as well as the welding method and conditions. The function is useful during MIG/MAG welding of thin elements, preventing their burn-through and braze welding of galvanized elements.
2T/4T
2T - Pressing the welding gun button will pre-flow the gas, then ignite the arc and start welding. After releasing the button, the arc will be extinguished and the gas will flow out.
4T - Pressing and releasing the welding torch button will pre-flow the gas, then ignite the arc and start welding. After pressing and releasing the button again, the arc will be extinguished and the gas will flow.
PRE GAS
Adjustment of shielding gas flow time before welding.
POST GAS
Adjustment of shielding gas flow time after welding.
SPOT
TIG spot welding based on joining thin elements, thanks to very low heat emission in the joining zone. It consists in cyclical short-term ignition and extinction of the arc.
TIG LIFT WELDING
The device allows TIG welding (in an argon shield) after connecting an additional TIG welding torch with a gas valve in the handle< /strong> to the inverter welder. The arc is ignited as a result of rubbing the electrode with the welded material.
WIRE TEST
Pressing the wire feed button will start the wire feed motor without starting the shielding gas flow. The power source also starts but does not deliver welding current.
INSULATING CLASS F
Type of useof insulating materials, informing about the maximum operating temperature of the transformer. Exceeding it during continuous operation shortens the lifetime and time of failure-free operation of the transformer. For Class F 155°C.
COOLING
The device has a cooling system fan which significantly increases its efficiency.
