The DIGIMIG 300 MTM synergic welding machine is a device for manual welding of steel and non-ferrous metals using the MIG/MAG, MMA (coated electrode) and TIG HF methods . The device is aimed at professionals who value high quality and reliability. It can also be used for brazing thin (up to 3 mm) galvanized sheets.
The welding machine is equipped with a professional 4-roll wire feeder with smooth adjustment of the feed speed.
Digital controlallows full adjustment of parameters, arc dynamics, characteristics and manual or synergic mode of operation in the MIG/MAG.
The use of synergic settings for steel in the welding machine significantly simplifies its operation and allows it to be used by people with less experience.
Feeder chamber lighting and wire guide roller hanger make it much easier to replace the wire spool and guide rollers and keep things tidy.
When welding using the MMA method, you can adjust the HOT START, ARC FORCE functions and turn off VRD.
The welding machine allows you to use several operating modes, including the spot welding option. The device has a memory of the last setting, i.e. after turning it off and on again, the last set parameters are restored
It is also possible to remember 10 sets of settings with easy access to the program save/replay mode.

PROTECTION DEGREE
IP determines the extent to which the device is resistant to the penetration of solid and water contaminants. IP23S means that the device is suitable for operation indoors and outdoors.
OVERHEAT PROTECTION
The IGBT module is protected against overheating by a protective installation that turns off the welding circuit of the device. After a few minutes, the welding machine cools down to a temperature that allows it to be turned on automatically again.
DUTY CYCLE
The duty cycle is based on a 10-minute period. A 60% duty cycle means that a 4-minute break is required after 6 minutes of operation of the device. A duty cycle of 100% means that the device can work continuously, without interruption.
MMA
A method that uses a coated electrode, consisting of a metal core covered with a coating. The device allows welding with all types of electrodes.
ARC FORCE
Increase or decrease the welding arc length depending on the distance of the electrode from the material being welded. Allows you to adjust the dynamics of the welding arc. The shortening of the arc length is accompanied by an increase in the welding current, which causesarc stabilization.
HOT START
The function is intended to prevent the electrode from sticking to the materialand is a great help when igniting the arc. It works when the arc is ignited, causing a momentary increase in the welding current above the value set by the welder.
VRD
VRD function reduces voltage in no-load condition. The correct voltage value is restored only just before the arc is ignited. This minimizes the risk of electric shock, but in some cases it may make it difficult to strike the arc.
CHANGE OF POLARITY - WELDING WITHOUT GAS
Thanks to variable polarity, it is possible to weld with the FLUX method with flux-cored wire without shielding gas. The wire is filled with flux that produces protective gases during welding.
SYNERGY
MIG/MAG welding using synergic settings. The device selects welding parameters depending on the selected type and thickness of the material.
These parameters can be changed by the user to adjust the settings to their own needs. Many programs have been prepared for synergic welding.
4 ROLLER WIRE FEEDER
Professional feeder made of die-cast aluminum, has a powerful motor that allows for stable wire feeding without jamming. It is equipped with 4 drive rollers.
It is designed for workwith heavy loads and for longer handles compared to plastic feeders that cannot cope with4or 5meter-long handles.
2T/4T
2T - Pressing the welding torch button will pre-flow the gas, then ignite the arc and start welding. After releasing the button, the arc will extinguish and the gas will flow.
4T - Pressing and releasing the welding torch button will pre-flow the gas, then ignite the arc and start welding. After pressing and releasing the button again, the arc will extinguish and the gas will flow.
INDUCTION ADJUSTMENT
Enables optimization ofarc characteristics depending on the thickness of the welded element and the welding method and conditions. The function is useful when welding thin elements using the MIG/MAG method, preventing them from burning, and when brazing galvanized elements.
BRAZE WELDING
After selecting the type of CuSi wire, the device enables braze welding, used mainly in the automotive industry to join togethergalvanized sheet metal .
SPOT WELDING
Temporary welding function, used to tack details together, which can be used to obtain equal length weld seams.
WIRE BURNING TIME
It is possible to adjust the timeduring which the voltage at the device output is still present after the wire feed is stopped. This function prevents the welding wire from getting stuck in the welded material and prepares the end of the wire for the next arc ignition. Higher function values cause the wire to burn closer to the contact tip.
INCH
To turn on the fast wire feed, press the button in the handle of the holder for at least 3 seconds without igniting the arc. Releasing the button will stop the wire feeder.
TIG DC
Enables TIG welding with DC current. This is required for welding non-ferrous metals.
TIG PULSE
The function affects the weld shape and arc focus. Pulse welding also allows you to reduce the amount of heat supplied to the material and is used when welding thin materials.
HF - CONTACTLESS ARC STARTING
The device is equipped with an ionizer enabling contactless arc ignition.
GAS PRE-FLOW TIME
The time from pressing the buttonin the handle and opening the gas valve until the arc is ignited. Typically, it should be longer than 0.5 s to supply shielding gas to the torch nozzle outlet to shield the welding start point and the tungsten electrode.
GAS FLOW TIME
The time from extinguishing the arc to closing the gas valve to shield the solidifying weld pool from air and to cool the tungsten electrode. Too short a post-flow time may result in oxidation of the weld. When welding in TIG AC (alternating current) mode, this time should be longer.
CURRENT RISE TIME
Welding current rise time from the initial current to the set welding current value.
CURRENT DROP TIME
Welding current decay timefrom the set value to zero or crater current value.
PULSE FREQUENCY
Frequency at which the current pulse value changes between the welding current and the base current.
PULSE WIDTH
Pulse duration allows you to adjust the depth of embedding. The increase in width increasespenetration depth, reduction limits the amount of heat introduced into the material, reducing the risk of burning through thinner sheets or smaller elements.
CRATER CURRENT
Current used in some welding modes when the arc is not extinguished immediately after the falling phase of the welding current. It allows you to fill the crater and the end of the weld.
EASY TO USE, CLEAR CONTROL PANEL:
The easy-to-use control panel allows precise and smooth adjustment of parameters. Digital display indicates the actual current during welding. The semi-automatic welding machine has a menu that facilitates operation and allows you to select the type of material to be welded.
STRONG AND SOLID CONSTRUCTION
The device casing is made of light and durable composites, resistant to all types of mechanical damage.
EASY TRANSPORT
The welding machine is equipped with a transport handle which ensures convenience when changing workplaces.
COOLING
The device has a cooling system with a fan, which significantly increases its efficiency.
