Description

SHERMAN DIGIMIG 209 ProHIT 4R

| Brand: SHERMAN | Welding methods: MIG,MMA,TIG LIFT | Power supply: 230V | Welding current: 200A | Efficiency: 60%

STANDARD EQUIPMENT

  • Sherman DIGIMIG 200 HIT welding machine
  • TW-15/3m welding torch
  • Electrode cable
  • Ground cable

The DIGIMIG 209 ProHIT 4R synergic welding machine is used for manual welding of steel and non-ferrous metals. Enables welding using MMA (coated electrode), TIG Lift and MIG/MAG methods.

By changing the polarity, the device allows MIG/MAG welding using both standard gas-shielded wires and self-shielded flux-cored wires.

The device allows you to connect a Spool Gun holder with a mini wire feeder and a D100 spool of steel or colored wire. When welding with the MIG/MAG method, synergistic programs are available for steel and Al alloys, and it is also possible to use manual settings.

The MIG/MAG method can be used in manual and synergic mode. Synergy programs are available for steel, Al alloys. and for welding with self-shielded wire.

The device is made using IGBT technology, which allows for a significant reduction in the weight and dimensions of the welding machine and an increase in efficiency while reducing energy consumption.

The welding machine is used in closed or roofed rooms, not exposed to direct weather conditions.

IGBT TECHNOLOGY

Modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an insulated gate. It combines the ease of control of field-effect transistors with the high breakdown voltage and switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology significantly extends the reliable operation of welding equipment.

PROTECTION DEGREE

IP determines the degree to which the device is resistant to the ingress of solid and water contaminants. IP21 means that the device is suitable for operation in closed rooms.

OVERHEAT PROTECTION

The IGBT module is protected against overheating bywith a protective installation that turns off the welding circuit of the device. After a few minutes, the welding machine cools down to a temperature that allows it to be turned on automatically again.

DUTY CYCLE

The duty cycle is based on a 10-minute period. A 60% duty cycle means that after 6 minutes of operation, a 4-minute break is required. A duty cycle of 100% means that the device can work continuously, without interruption.

MMA

A method that uses a coated electrode, consisting of a metal core covered with a coating. The device allows welding with all types of electrodes.

ARC FORCE

Increase or decrease the length of the welding arc depending on the distance of the electrode from the material being welded. Allows you to adjust the dynamics of the welding arc. The shortening of the arc length is accompanied by an increase in the welding current, which stabilizes the arc.

HOT START

The function is intended to prevent the electrode from sticking to the material and is a great help when igniting the arc. It works when the arc is ignited, causing a momentary increase in the welding current above the value set by the welder.

VRD

The VRD function lowers the voltage in the no-load condition. The correct voltage value is restored only just before the arc is ignited. This minimizes the risk of electric shock, but in some cases may make it difficult to strike the arc.

CHANGE OF POLARITY - WELDING WITHOUT GAS

Thanks to variable polarity, it is possible to weld with the FLUX method with flux-cored wire without shielding gas. The wire is filled with flux that produces protective gases during welding.

SYNERGY

MIG/MAG welding using synergic settings. The device selects welding parameters depending on the selected type and thickness of the material.

These parameters can be changed by the user to adjust the settings to their own needs. Many programs have been prepared for synergic welding.

4 ROLLER WIRE FEEDER

Professional feeder made of die-cast aluminum, has a powerful motor that allows for stable wire feeding without jamming. It is equipped with 4 drive rollers.

2T/4T

2T - Pressing the welding torch button will pre-flow the gas, then ignite the arc and start welding. After releasing the button, the arc will extinguish and the gas will flow.

4T - Pressing and releasing the welding torch button will pre-flow the gas, then ignite the arc and start welding. After pressing and releasing the button again, the arc will extinguish and the gas will flow.

INDUCTION ADJUSTMENT

Enables optimization of arc characteristics depending on the thickness of the welded element and the welding method and conditions. The function is useful when welding thin elements using the MIG/MAG method, preventing them from burning, and when brazing galvanized elements.

EASY TO USE, CLEAR CONTROL PANEL

The easy-to-use control panel allows precise and smooth parameter adjustment. The digital LCD display indicates the actual current during welding. The semi-automatic welding machine has a menu that facilitates operation and allows you to select the type of material to be welded.

BRAZE WELDING

After selecting the type of CuSi wire, the device enables brazing, used mainly in the automotive industry to join galvanized sheets together.

EUROCONNECTOR

Standard connection for welding torches, which allows you to connect various types of torches (e.g. prepared for welding Aluminum  by replacing the Teflon insert and contact tip).

WELDING WITH SPOOL GUN

SPOOL GUN welding gun with built-in wire feeder is used forfor MIG/MAG welding. It is mainly used in car workshops and for welding thin sheets.

The spool with D100 welding wire is placed in the handle of the handle. The handle has a standard EURO connector and a control plug. The Spoolgun holder is an additional option that can be purchased on our other auctions.

SPOT WELDING

Temporary welding function, used to tack parts together, which can be used to achieve equal length weld seams.

STRONG AND SOLID CONSTRUCTION

The device casing is made of light and durable composites, resistant to all types of mechanical damage.

EASY TRANSPORT

The welding machine is equipped with a transport handle ensuring convenience when changing workplaces.
