The DIGIMIG 350 COMBO PULSE LCD synergic welding machine is used for welding steel and non-ferrous metals as well as brazing of thin galvanized sheets. Enables welding usingMMA,TIG Lift, and MIG methods. The MIG method can be used in manual mode and with the use of synergistic programs.

By changing the polarity, the device allows MIG welding using both standard gas-shielded wires and self-shielded flux-cored wires.

The use of pulse or double pulse allows for better weld quality, high aesthetics with very high efficiency.

Digital control, very large (7”)color LCD display, intuitive menu and synergistic settings used in the welder for carbon steel and aluminum alloys greatly simplifies its operation.

When welding using the MMA method, you can adjust the HOT START, ARC FORCE functions and turn off VRD strong>. A welding handle hanger helps keep things tidy and increases work safety.

Thanks to the Fan Stop function, which turns off the fan when the welding machine is at low load, the noise level is significantly reduced.

IGBT TECHNOLOGY

Modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an insulated gate. It combines the ease of control of field-effect transistors with the high breakdown voltage and switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology significantly extends the reliable operation of welding equipment.

PROTECTION DEGREE

IP determines the degree to which the device is resistant to the ingress of solid and water contaminants. IP21S means that the device is suitable for operation in closed rooms.

MMA

A method that uses a coated electrode, consisting of a metal core covered with a coating. The welder feeds the electrode as it melts into the workpiece to maintain a constant arc length. The device allows welding with all types of electrodes, e.g. basic, cellulose, rutile or acid.

VRD

VRD function available in theMMA mode (Voltage Reduction Device – a module that reduces the quiescent (idle) voltage of the circuit secondary device). Increases safety and reduces the risk of electric shock.

ARC FORCE

Arc stabilizing function by maintaining the voltage of the welding arc regardless of its length and facilitating control /strong> on the amount of spatter.

HOT START

When the arc is ignited, the welding current is temporarily increased to heat the material and the electrode at the point of contact and to properly shape the penetration and weld face in the initial welding phase

OVERHEAT PROTECTION

The IGBT module is protected against overheating by a protective installation that turns off the welding circuit of the device. After a few minutes, the welding machine cools down to a temperature that allows it to be turned on automatically again.

INDUCTION ADJUSTMENT

Enables optimization of arc characteristics depending on the thickness of the welded element and the welding method and conditions. The function is useful when welding thin elements using theMIG/MAG method, preventing them from burning, and when brazing galvanized elements.

DUTY CYCLE

The duty cycle is based on a 10-minute period. A60%duty cycle means that after6minutes of operation, a4-minute break is required. Duty cycle100%means that the device can work continuously, without interruption.

MIG PULSE

An advanced form of welding that uses the best forms of transfer of molten electrode material to the welded object. Unlike short circuits, pulse welding does not produce spatter or cause cold leakage.

By cooling the spray arc process, pulsedMIG is able to expand the welding range, and the smaller heat input does not cause problems with burning through thin materials. MIG PULSE is one of the best welding processes for a wide range of applications and metal types.

DOUBLE PULSE MIG

The MIG/MAG method with double pulse allows you to adjust the current pulsation (pulse balance) and adjust the speed wire feed. Thanks to this, we improve the appearance of the weld. During MIG/MAG welding with double pulse, current pulses occur in two ranges.

PRE GAS

Adjusting the shielding gas flow time before welding.

POST GAS

Adjusting the shielding gas flow time after welding.

PULSE WIDTH

Pulse duration. It allows you to adjust the depth of penetration. Increasing the width increases the depth of fusion, reducing it reduces the amount of heat introduced into the material, reducing the risk of burning through thinner sheets or smaller elements.

PULSE CYCLE

Frequency at which the current pulse value changes between the welding current and the base current.

CONTINUOUS ADJUSTMENT OF WIRE FEED

Smooth regulation of the wire feed speed is supported by an additional potentiometer allowing you to set the speed for different wire diameters.

SYNERGY

MIG/MAG welding using synergic settings. The deviceselects welding parameters depending on the selected type and thickness of the material. These parameters can be changed by the user to adjust the settings to their own needs.

TIG DC LIFT

Tungsten electrode welding under inert gas shield. The use of this method enables welding of all types of steel, i.e. carbon, alloy, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, as well as copper alloys, e.g. bronze or brass.

2T/4T

2T - Pressing the welding torch button will pre-flow the gas, then ignite the arc and start welding. After releasing the button, the arc will be extinguished and the gas will flow out.
