The CUTTER 41 LED cutting machine is a modern, digitally controlled device for air plasma cutting of sheets and elements made of carbon and stainless steel, aluminum and copper. It is recommended for manufacturing companies with moderate use of cutting processes and for service work in craft workshops.

The basis for the construction of the cutting machine's electrical energy processing system are electronic systems made in IGBT technology, enabling operation in the frequency range above 200 kHz.

The cutting machine has a simple and clear function panel that allows easy control of the machine, even when wearing gloves. 2T/4T mode switch allows you to work with the handle according to your preferences.

The cutter is equipped with a 4 m plasma handle with HF ignition and an air preparation unit with a reducer that allows you to adjust and control the air pressure.

The cutter is intended for repair and service work in closed or roofed rooms, not exposed to direct atmospheric conditions.

IGBT TECHNOLOGY

Technology based on bipolar transistors with an insulated gate. It combines the ease of control of field effect transistors with the high breakdown voltage and switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use ofIGBT technology significantly extends the reliable operation of welding devices.

PROTECTION RATING

IP determines the extent to which the device is resistant to the ingress of solid and water contaminants. IP21Smeans that the device is designed for indoor use and is not suitable for use in rain or snow.

OVERHEATING PROTECTION

The power source is equipped with a thermal overload switch. When the temperature of the cutter bis too high, the protection will disconnect the cutting current and the overheating diode will light up. After the temperature drops, the switch will automatically reset.

MAXIMUM CUTTING THICKNESS 15mm

The value of the maximum cutting thickness was determined under optimal conditions for cutting ordinary quality carbon steel. In order to select the right device, it is recommended to perform technological tests in actual working conditions and on a sample of the material.

DUTY CYCLE

The duty cycle is based on a 10-minute period. Duty cycle 60% means that after 6 minutes of device operation, a 4-minute break is required. A duty cycle of 100% means that the device can work continuously, without interruption.

2T OPERATION MODE

To start cutting, press the micro switch, which starts the plasma arc. Releasing the micro switch stops the cutting process.

4T OPERATION MODE

To start cutting, press and release the micro switch. The cutting process will stop after pressing and releasing the micro switch again.

INTUITIVE DISPLAY

The device panel with the display is fully user-friendly and provides clear current indications.

TEST

This mode is used to check the correct operation of the air system and to clean it. When starting the device after it has been idle overnight, blow the plasma cutter handle for about 30 seconds in TEST mode to remove condensation from the circuit.
