The semi-automatic MIG 200 Speedy welder is used for manual welding of steel and non-ferrous metals.

Enables welding with the following methods:

• MIG / MAG - gas-shielded welding wire,
• MMA (coated electrode) - coated electrode (DC)
• FLUX welding wire without shielding gas,

Thanks to the change of polarity, the device allows you to weld with the MIG / MAG method using both standard wires and shielding gas as well as self-shielding flux cored wires.

The welder is used in closed or roofed rooms, not exposed to direct weather conditions.

The MIG 200 Speedy is compatible with D100 (1kg) and D200 (5kg) wire spools .

IGBT TECHNOLOGY

Modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an insulated gate. It combines the ease of control of field effect transistors with a high breakdown voltage and the switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology significantly extends the reliable operation of welding equipment.

WORK CYCLE

The duty cycle is based on a 10-minute period. 60% duty cycle means that after 6 minutes of operation, a 4-minute break is required . 100% duty cycle means that the device can work continuously without interruption.

LEVEL OF SECURITY

The IP determines the degree to which the device is resistant to solid and water contamination entering the interior. IP21S means that the device is suitable for operation in confined spaces and is not suitable for use in rain and snow.

PROTECTION AGAINST OVERHEATING

The power source is equipped with a thermal automatic overload switch. When the temperature of the welding machine is too high, the protection disconnects the welding current and the overheating diode lights up. After the temperature has dropped, the switch will reset automatically.

2 ROLLER WIRE FEED

Professional feeder made of die-cast aluminum, has a powerful motor that allows for stable wire feeding without jamming.

It is designed for heavy-duty work and for longer handles than plastic feeders, which cannot handle 4 or 5 meter handles.

COOLING

The device has a fan cooling system, which significantly increases its efficiency.

REVERSING POLARITY - WELDING WITHOUT GAS

Thanks to the variable polarity, it is possible to weld with the FLUX method with flux-cored wire without shielding gas. The wire is filled with a flux that produces protective gases during welding.
