WELDMAN SPOTTER 4500
A microprocessor-controlled welding machine designed for sheet metal processing:

LEVEL OF SECURITY
The IP defines the degree to which the device is resistant to the ingress of solid and water contaminants. IP21 means that the device is adapted to work in closed rooms.
HEATING THE ENDS
Operation mode 02-03-04 and then set the material thickness, welding time and current. Then put the gun in the selected place and press the trigger to weld the tip.
Using a punch with a hook, we repair the surface. After the repair, rotate the drift with the hook by approx. 90 ° to tear off the washer.
ONE-SIDED SHEET WELDING

Mode of operation 08 Overlapping sheet metal welding In the gun, place the carbon electrode holder and the carbon electrode using an assembly key, set the material thickness and welding current.
WELDING OF THE CORRUGATED WIRE
Operation mode 06 and then set the material thickness, time and current. Place the gun in the well of the corrugated wire and press the electrode to the wire at an angle of 90 °. By pressing the trigger of the gun, we weld the wire to the surface. Using a comb handle or a punch with a hook, repair the surface.
CRUSPING-WARMING-LOWERING
Operating mode 09 and we only set the material thickness and welding current. We move the electrode in a circular motion, heating the surface. After finishing, we cool the surface with wet material or compressed air.
WORKING WITH A MECHANICAL SUCTION CUP
Sheet metal extraction can be used with the use of a punch with a mechanical suction cup. To do this, screw the suction cup into the punch. Then we put the suction cup on the sheet and mechanically pull the sheet away. After completing the work, unscrew the suction cup from the striker.
