PROTECTION DEGREE
IP determines the extent to which the device is resistant to the penetration of solid and water contaminants. IP21S means that the device is designed to operate indoors and is not suitable for use in rain or snow.
OVERHEAT PROTECTION
The power source is equipped with a thermal, automatic overload switch. When the temperature of the cutter is too high, the protection will disconnect the cutting current.
THREE OPERATION MODES:
STANDARD CUTTING is the basic mode in which the plasma stream cuts through the material continuously, enabling quick and precise cutting of metal or other conductive materials to a given shape and size. This is the most frequently chosen option for jobs requiring smooth and even cutting edges.
INTERRUPTED CUTTING is a specialized operating mode that is particularly useful when cutting materials with irregular surfaces, such as mesh. Thanks to this function,the cutting machine is able to maintain a stable plasma arc even in the event of interruptions in contact with the material. This allows for continuous cutting without having to manually restart the arc at each pause, which is a typical challenge when processing mesh and other similar materials.
Using the intermittent cutting mode significantly simplifies and speeds up the cutting process, while minimizing the risk of damaging the device due to frequent arc cuts and resumptions. This solution significantly increases work efficiency, enabling smooth and efficient cutting even in the case of complex and demanding tasks.
GROOMING is an advanced technique that allows you to make grooves or gouges of a specific depth in materials. This mode is particularly useful in preparing welds for welding, allowing precise and controlled removal of material or defective welds. Gouging ensures preparation of the material for further welding work, increasing the efficiency and quality of the final product.

2T OPERATION MODE
To start cutting, press the micro switch which will start the plasma arc. Releasing the micro switch will stop the cutting process.
4T OPERATION MODE
To start cutting, press and release the micro switch. The cutting process will be stopped by pressing and releasing the micro switch again.
MOVEMENT AND MOVEMENT
The device should be carried using the installed transport handle. You should also avoid excessive slopes and slippery surfaces.
