The DIGIMIG 210 TWINPULSE synergic welding machine is used for manual welding of carbon and stainless steels and non-ferrous metals. It enables MMA welding (covered electrode), TIG Lift, MIG/MAG and braze welding. The MIG/MAG method can be used in manual and synergic modes.

The device has synergic programs for carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloys and copper alloys. The polarity change plug allows you to weld using the MIG / MAG method using both standard wires in a protective gas shield and self-shielding flux-cored wires (without gas).

The use of a pulse or a double pulse makes it possible to obtain a better quality of the weld, high aesthetics at very high efficiency. Digital control allows for full adjustment of parameters, arc dynamics, characteristics and operating mode of the welder.

The device has the ability to store 36 sets of welding parameters. Thanks to the use of the Fan Stop function, which turns off the fan at low load on the welding machine, the noise level has been significantly reduced.

The welding machine is equipped with an LCD display with a menu selection in 10 languages, including Polish, English, German and Spanish.

IGBT TECHNOLOGY

Modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an insulated gate. It combines the ease of control of field effect transistors with the high breakdown voltage and switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology significantly extends the reliable operation of welding equipment.

LEVEL OF SECURITY

IP defines the degree to which the device is resistant to the ingress of solid and water contaminants. IP21S means that the device is adapted to work in closed rooms.

OVERHEAT PROTECTION

The IGBT module is protected against overheating by a protective installation that disables the welding circuit of the device. After a few minutes, the welder cools down to a temperature that allows it to restart automatically.

WORK CYCLE

The duty cycle is based on a 10-minute period. A duty cycle of 60% means that after 6 minutes of operation, a 4-minute break is required. 100% duty cycle means that the device can work continuously without interruption.

MMA

A method that uses a coated electrode, consisting of a metal core covered with a sheath. The device allows welding with all types of electrodes.

HOT START

The function is designed to prevent the electrode from sticking to the material and is a great help when striking the arc. It works when the arc is struck, causing a temporary increase in the welding current above the value set by the welder.

VRD

The VRD function lowers the no-load voltage. The correct voltage value is only restored just before the arc is struck. This minimizes the risk of electric shock, but in some cases it may make it difficult to strike the arc.

CHANGE OF POLARITY - WELDING WITHOUT GAS

Thanks to the variable polarity, it is possible to weld using the FLUX method with flux-cored wire without shielding gas. The wire is filled with a flux that produces protective gases during welding.

SYNERGY

MIG/MAG welding with synergic settings. The device selects the welding parameters depending on the selected type and thickness of the material.

These parameters can be changed by the user in order to adjust the settings to their own needs. Many programs have been prepared for synergic welding.

Professional feeder made of aluminum pressure castings, has a powerful motor that allows for stable wire feeding without jamming. It is equipped with 2 drive rollers.

2T/4T

2T - Pressing the welding torch button will pre-flow the gas, then ignite the arc and start welding. When the button is released, the arc will extinguish and the gas will flow.

4T - Pressing and releasing the welding torch button will pre-flow the gas, then ignite the arc and start welding. When the button is pressed and released again, the arc will be extinguished and the gas will flow.

INDUCTION ADJUSTMENT

It enables optimization of the arc characteristics depending on the thickness of the welded element as well as the welding method and conditions. The function is useful during MIG/MAG welding of thin elements, preventing their burn-through and braze welding of galvanized elements.

EASY TO USE, CLEAR CONTROL PANEL

The easy-to-use control panel enables precise and smooth adjustment of parameters. The digital LCD display shows the actual welding current. The semi-automatic welding machine has a menu that facilitates operation and allows you to choose the type of material to be welded.

BRAZING

After selecting the type of CuSi wire, the device enables brazing, mainly used in the automotive industry to connect galvanized sheets together.

EUROCONNECTOR

Standard welding torch connection that allows you to connect various types of torches (e.g. prepared for aluminum welding by replacing the Teflon insert and contact tip).

GAS POST FLOW TIME

Time from extinguishing the arc to closing the gas valve to shield the solidifying weld pool from air and to cool the tungsten electrode. Too short post-flow time may result in oxidation of the weld.

MEMORY OF SETTINGS

The device is equipped with a memory of the last settings - after turning off the welder and restarting it, the last used parameters will be restored.

MIG PULSE

An advanced form of welding that uses the best forms of transfer of molten electrode material to the welded object. Unlike short-circuits, pulsed welding does not produce spatter or cold run-in.

By cooling the spray arc process, pulsed MIG is able to extend the welding range, and the lower heat input does not cause a problem with thin materials. MIG PULSE is one of the best welding processes for a wide variety of applications and metal types.

DOUBLE PULSE FLASH

The double pulse MIG/MAG method allows you to adjust the current pulsation (pulse balance) and adjust the wire feed speed. Thanks to this, we improve the appearance of the weld. During double pulse MIG/MAG welding, the current pulses occur in two ranges.

PULSE WIDTH

Pulse duration. Allows you to adjust the penetration depth. Increasing the width increases the depth of penetration, reducing the amount of heat introduced into the material, reducing the risk of burning through thinner sheets or smaller components.

SPOT SPOT WELDING

Timed welding function, used for tacking workpieces to achieve even length weld seams.

SMOOTH ADJUSTMENT OF WIRE FEED

Smooth adjustment of the wire feed speed is supported by an additional potentiometer that allows you to set the speed for different diameters of wires.

S2T/S4T

S2T - two-stroke special - after pressing the button, the gas will flow out at the time set by the user and the welding arc will ignite. The arc voltage at start will be increased and will drop to the main welding current within the set time.

After releasing the button, the current will decrease to the final current value. Then the arc will extinguish and the shielding gas will flow out at the set time.

S4T - four-stroke special - after pressing and releasing the button, the gas will flow out at the time set by the user and the welding arc will ignite. The arc voltage at start will be increased and will drop to the main welding current within the set time.

After pressing and releasing the button again, the current will drop to the final current value. Then the arc will extinguish and the shielding gas will flow out at the set time.

PULSE CYCLE

The frequency at which the current pulse value changes between the welding current and the base current.
