The synergistic DIGIMIG 200 MTM welder is a device for manual welding of steel and non-ferrous metals using the MIG / MAG, MMA (coated electrode) and TIG HF methods.
The device is aimed at professionals who value high quality and reliability. It can also be used for braze welding of thin (up to 3 mm) galvanized sheets.
Digital control allows for full adjustment of parameters, arc dynamics, characteristics and manual or synergic operating mode in the MIG / MAG method.
The use of synergic settings in the welder for ordinary steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloys significantly simplifies its operation and allows it to be used by people with less experience and hobbyists.
During MMA welding: you can adjust the HOT START, ARC FORCE functions and turn off VRD.
The welder allows the use of several operating modes, including the option of spot welding.
The device has the memory of the last setting, i.e. after turning it off and on again, the last set parameters are restored.
It is also possible to save 10 sets of settings with easy access to program save / restore mode.

IGBT TECHNOLOGY
Modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an insulated gate. It combines the ease of control of field effect transistors with a high breakdown voltage and the switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology significantly extends the reliable operation of welding equipment.
LEVEL OF SECURITY
The IP defines the extent to which the device is resistant to solid and water contamination entering the device. IP23S means that the device is adapted to work indoors and outdoors.
PROTECTION AGAINST OVERHEATING
The IGBT module is protected against overheating by a protective system that switches off the machine's welding circuit. After a few minutes, the welding machine cools down to a temperature that allows it to be switched on again automatically.
WORK CYCLE
The duty cycle is based on a 10-minute period. 60% duty cycle means that after 6 minutes of operation, a 4-minute break is required. Duty cycle of 100% means that the device can work continuously without interruption.
MMA
A covered electrode method consisting of a metal core covered with a sheath. The device allows welding with all types of electrodes.
ARC FORCE
Increasing or decreasing the length of the welding arc depending on the distance between the electrode and the material to be welded. It allows you to adjust the dynamics of the welding arc. Shortening the arc length is accompanied by an increase in the welding current, which stabilizes the arc.
HOT START
The purpose of this function is to prevent the electrode from sticking to the material and is a great help when striking the arc. It works when the arc is struck, causing the welding current to temporarily increase above the value set by the welder.
VRD
The VRD function lowers the voltage in no-load condition. The correct voltage is not restored until just before the arc is struck. This minimizes the risk of electric shock, but in some cases may make the arc difficult to ignite.
REVERSING POLARITY - WELDING WITHOUT GAS
Due to the variable polarity, it is possible to weld with the FLUX method with flux-cored wire without shielding gas. The wire is filled with a flux that produces protective gases during welding.
SYNERGY
Welding with the MIG / MAG method using synergic settings. The device selects welding parameters depending on the selected type and thickness of the material.
These parameters can be changed by the user in order to adjust the settings to their own needs. Many programs have been prepared for synergic welding.
2 ROLL WIRE FEED
Professional feeder made of die-cast aluminum, has a powerful motor that allows for stable wire feeding without jamming. It is equipped with 2 drive rollers.
2T / 4T
2T - Pressing the gun trigger button will cause gas to pre-flow, then strike the arc and start welding. When the button is released, the arc will be extinguished and gas will flow out.
4T - Pressing and releasing the welding gun button will pre-flow gas, then strike the arc and start welding. When the button is pressed and released again, the arc will be extinguished and gas will flow out.
REGULATION OF INDUCTION
It enables optimization of the arc characteristics depending on the thickness of the welded element as well as the welding method and conditions. The function is useful during MIG / MAG welding of thin elements, preventing them from burning out and brazing of galvanized elements.
Braze welding
After selecting the type of CuSi wire, the device enables braze welding, mainly used in the automotive industry to join galvanized sheets together.
SPOT WELDING SPOT
Time welding function, used for tacking workpieces, thanks to which it is possible to obtain equal length of welds.
BURNED WIRE TIME
You can adjust the amount of time that the output voltage is still present after the wire feed has stopped. This function prevents the welding wire from getting stuck in the workpiece and prepares the end of the wire for the next arc ignition. Higher values of the function burn the wire closer to the contact tip.
INCH
In order to activate the rapid wire feed, press the button in the handle of the holder for at least 3 seconds without striking the arc. Releasing the button will stop the wire feeder.
TIG DC
Enables TIG welding with DC current. It is required for welding non-ferrous metals.
TIG PULSE
The function affects the shape of the weld and the focus of the arc. Pulse welding also allows you to reduce the amount of heat supplied to the material and is used when welding thin materials.
HF - NON-CONTACT ARC IGNITION
The device is equipped with an ionizer enabling contactless ignition of the arc.
GAS PRE-FLOW TIME
The time from pressing the button in the handle of the handle and opening the gas valve until the arc is struck. Typically, it should be longer than 0.5 s to supply shielding gas to the exit of the torch nozzle to shield the welding start and the tungsten electrode.
GAS FLOW TIME
The time from extinguishing the arc to closing the gas valve to shield the solidifying weld pool from air and to cool the tungsten electrode. Too short a post-flow time may result in oxidation of the weld. When welding in TIG AC mode (alternating current), this time should be longer.
RISE TIME
Time in which the welding current rises from the starting current to the set welding current value.
DOWN TIME
Time for the downslope of the welding current from the set value to zero or the value of the crater current.
FREQUENCY PULSE
The frequency with which the current pulse value changes between the welding current and the base current.
PULSE WIDTH
Duration of the pulse allows you to adjust the depth of penetration. Increasing the width increases the penetration depth, reducing the amount of heat introduced into the material, reducing the risk of burning through thinner sheets or smaller components.
CRATER CURRENT
Current used in some welding modes when the arc is not quenched immediately after the welding current downslope. It allows you to fill the crater and the end of the weld.
EASY TO USE, CLEAR CONTROL PANEL:
The easy-to-use control panel enables precise and smooth adjustment of parameters. The digital display shows the actual current during welding. The semi-automatic welding machine has a menu that facilitates operation and allows you to choose the type of material to be welded.
STRONG AND RELIABLE CONSTRUCTION
The housing of the device is made of light and durable composites, resistant to all kinds of mechanical damage.
EASY TRANSPORT
Equipping the welder with a transport handle for convenience when changing jobs.
COOLING
The device has a fan cooling system, which significantly increases its efficiency.
