We would like to inform you about a temporary issue with the collection of empty gas cylinders via GLS courier services. Unfortunately, GLS has decided not to transport empty cylinders. We are actively working on resolving this problem and arranging alternative solutions with other carriers. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

▶️ Cylinder Filling Process

1. Provide the information about the cylinder you wish to fill.
2. Send the cylinder at your own expense or we send a courier to collect it.
3. We verify the information provided as soon as the cylinder arrives at our warehouse.
4. We send you a quote with a PayPal payment link.
5. You pay for the filling.
6. We send you back the filled cylinder.

▶️ Filling Fees and Additional Costs

• Collection of the cylinder from any European Union country (excluding islands): 32 EUR
• Absence of protective cap: 5 EUR
• Filling an 8-liter cylinder to 150 bars: 20 EUR
• Filling an 8-liter cylinder to 200 bars: 23 EUR
• Filling a 10-liter cylinder to 200 bars: 28 EUR
• Changing the cylinder from 8l 150 bar to 8l 200 bar: 7 EUR
• Changing the cylinder from 8l 200 bar to 10l 200 bar: 12 EUR
• Changing the cylinder from 8l 150 bar to 10l 200 bar: 17 EUR
• Shipping an 8-liter cylinder to any European Union country (excluding islands): 27 EUR
• Shipping a 10-liter cylinder to any European Union country (excluding islands): 36 EUR
• Non-standard cylinder: 10 EUR
• Valve replacement: 27 EUR
• Legalization of the cylinder: 24 EUR
• Complete return of the cylinder - you will receive a shopping voucher worth 25 EUR for our store

▶️ Processing Times

1. Delivery of the cylinder to our warehouse: up to 5 working days
2. Return of another used cylinder: up to 5 working days
3. Filling time: 7-8 working days
4. Time for valve replacement or verification: 5-10 working days

▶️ Non-Standard Cylinders

We do not replace cylinders of different shapes or with different protective caps, but we can fill them.
After receiving a non-standard cylinder, the return time will be extended by 7-10 working days, the time needed to fill it.
If you have a cylinder with a different valve, we can remove it and install a standard valve.

▶️Example 1

You are sending us a cylinder with pure argon with a capacity of 8L and 150 bar, and you want to receive a similar used cylinder. After receiving and verifying the cylinder, it turns out that the cylinder complies with the form you filled out.

We will send you a payment link consisting of:

• Cylinder pickup - 32 EUR
• Filling the 8L 150 bar cylinder - 20 EUR
• Returning the cylinder - 27 EUR
• Total amount to be paid is 79 EUR

We will send the cylinder within 1 day after receiving the payment, and you will receive it within 5 business days.

▶️Example 2

You are sending us a cylinder with pure argon with a capacity of 8L and 150 bar, and you want to receive exactly the same cylinder that you purchased.

After receiving and verifying the cylinder, it turns out that the cylinder complies with the form you filled out.

We will send your cylinder for refilling, and within 7-8 business days, we will send you a payment link consisting of:

• Cylinder pickup - 32 EUR
• Filling the 8L 150 bar cylinder - 20 EUR
• Returning the cylinder - 27 EUR
• Total amount to be paid is 79 EUR

We will send the cylinder within 3 days after receiving the payment, and you will receive it within 7 business days.

▶️Example 3

You are sending us a cylinder with pure argon with a capacity of 8L and 150 bar, and you want to receive a cylinder with a capacity of 10L filled with an Argon/CO2 mixture.

After receiving and verifying the cylinder, it turns out that the cylinder does not have a protective cap.

We will send you a payment link consisting of:
- Cylinder pickup - 32 EUR
- Filling the 10L 200 bar cylinder - 28 EUR
- Cost of changing the cylinder from 8L 150 bar to 10L 200 bar - 17 EUR
- Protective cap - 5 EUR
- Returning the cylinder - 36 EUR
- Total amount to be paid is 118 EUR

We will send the cylinder within 1 day after receiving the payment, and you will receive it within 5 business days.
