COMPACT SEMI-AUTOMATIC FOR MIG / MAG WELDING
Caddy Mig C200i is a small semi-automatic machine for MIG / MAG welding of carbon steel, high-alloy steel, aluminum and its alloys and for braze welding of galvanized materials.
It is designed for welding with solid and self-shielding powder wires.
Intuitive and simple setting of welding parameters makes the device dedicated to virtually every user, while maintaining the highest quality of welding works performed in the workshop and in the field.
The device is adapted to work with a power generator.
STRONG AND ROBUST CONSTRUCTION
The device casing is made of light and durable composites, resistant to all kinds of mechanical damage.
The degree of protection IP 23 and the weight of 11.5 kg allows for mobile use of the device, also outdoors, with exposure to rainfall.
The inclined control panel, shelf for consumables and the housing of the device, which has special places for welding cables, make the use of the device friendly in all conditions
QSet - AUTOMATIC SETTING OF PARAMETERS
It is a unique and exclusive fully automatic function to optimize welding parameters for any combination of welding wire, shielding gas and welding position.
CONTROL FUNCTIONS
Caddy Mig C200i is equipped with an LCD control panel and regulators for selecting the appropriate thickness of the welded material in the range of 0.5 - 4.0 mm.
Depending on the type of joint and the welding position, it is possible to correct the arc length, which ultimately changes the geometry of the weld face.
MORE POWER THAN EVER
The power block is based on the latest inverter technology compatible with the PFC (Power Factor Correction) system, which gives 30% more power to power the welding arc.
The apparent power is only 5.2 kVA at maximum welding parameters.
WIRE FEEDER
The binder feeding system is adapted to feed wire with a diameter of 0.6 / 0.8 / 1.0 mm on spools with a diameter of 200 mm and a weight of up to 5 kg.

2T - Pressing the gun trigger button will cause gas to pre-flow, then strike the arc and start welding. When the button is released, the arc will be extinguished and gas will flow out.
4T - Pressing and releasing the welding gun button will cause gas to pre-flow, then strike the arc and start welding. When you press and release the button again, the arc will be extinguished and gas will flow out.
Braze welding
The device enables brazing, mainly used in the automotive industry to join galvanized sheets together.
GAS-FREE WELDING
Thanks to the polarity reversal function, it is possible to weld without shielding gas with FCAW self-shielding wire. It is a method with the use of a self-shielding flux-cored wire for welding (in all positions) steel of normal and increased strength, not exceeding 510 MPa.
